I stumbled across your site through the LiveStrong Challenge website and wanted to say Congratulations on your fundraising efforts and completing the challenge! I am volunteering to put together a ride in Summit County, CO in June 2009 that also benefits LiveStrong. It seems like this ride could be a good fit for your group. Please check out the website for more information or contact me if you would like more details. Thanks, keep up the good work and best wishes for a speedy recovery!!

Here's the low down..Dianosed in summer of '06 with advanced prostate cancer. after several weeks of Dr visits, testing etc. Decided on Hormone treatment plus IMRT radiation. Here's my question: RO I met with was not real keen on cycling and radiation therapy..anyone out there who experiences in this area I would appreciate hearing from you I've been off my bike for 6 months now and am really feeling the need to feel the wind in my face again. Would like to hear from other riders who have had prostate cancer surgery and their return to cycling.

I've seen the CCC jerseys at the Ride for the Roses the past 2 years. This is the first time I've visited your site. Awesome work! I'm a Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma and Stem Cell Transplant Survivor. I will be at Austin Livestrong Challenge and Ride for the Roses. See ya there! Dennis

I learned about your organization at the LiveStrong Challenge Pasta Dinner this past Saturday August 19th. My apologies, but I don't recall the name of the CCC team captain for the Denver ride team, but I could not help but tear up in hearing his story. What a strong willed guy. I am not a survivor, but cancer hit my family hard over the past few years (Father, Mother, Aunt, Second Cousin) so the cause has become very near to me. I applaud your efforts. Sincerely, Brian Wolf Irvine, California

I met two CCC riders on the 2006 Bicycle Tour of Colorado this year, Kathleen from Colorado, and Bill from Austin. They are both living with cancer and were enjoying life by participating in a 471 mile bike ride in Colorado with a crazy amount of climbing. I am a breast cancer survivor and was inspired by their stories. Way to go, Kathleen and Bill!

Excited to learn more about you guys. I'm a hospice nurse, don't like cancer much. Do like riding my bike!

I stumbled on your website while looking for a team to join for the LIVESTRONG Challenge ride in Orange County, CA coming up June 25th!!! I am a survivor and also currently battling! I LIVESTRONG Every day...AND I cycle. I teach an indoor cycling class called RPM (Raw Power in Motion) and do ask much outdoor cycling as I can:) I also am an RN, and working on my FNP. I KNOW how we need to group together to combat this disease!!! I believe in my heart of hearts together WE WILL make a difference. It is fabulous to have a group like yours, and you all are VERY inspirational!!! Keep up your AWESOME, phenominal work:)

Your website is fabulous. I just found it as I was searching for ways to promote a women's cycling event to raise awareness and fundraise for breast cancer. Please accept this as a personal invitation to join our Hope on Wheels ride on September 9, 2006. Last year we had 465 women ride in our inaugural event. We raised over $66,000 for research. Visit us at HOW100.org and register today. You can also recommend our site to a friend through an automated feature on the homepage. Thanks for reading!
